These are what I love the most to help me connect, grow and create.
PEOPLE
Human beings need genuine connection with one another. I first found that sense of connection in the arts, and I continue to see how creative experiences can build unity, deepen empathy, and strengthen community. Through arts education and nonprofit development, I work to create spaces where people can gather, share, learn, and feel part of something larger than themselves.
PLANTS
When I was little, every coloring page needed a little green. Now, every room in my home needs it too. My plants and flowers remind me that beauty often grows quietly, resilience takes root over time, and we are always capable of blooming in new ways.
POETRY
Poetry has a way of opening both the heart and the eyes. Through the words of others, I find new ways to understand myself, express what I feel, and see the world with more honesty and hope. Its many forms remind me that self-expression can be powerful, beautiful, and deeply connecting.
